About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a knowledge reference for NAS (Nestlé Accounting Standards)
- Ensure correct execution of accounting and financial processes for assigned markets
- Manage and analyze accounting information using SAP
- Apply accounting operations and process knowledge to ensure quality and accuracy of financial activities
- Prepare and deliver presentations for Nestlé partners and stakeholders in LATAM markets
- Analyze and execute account reconciliations, identify differences, and propose solutions for open items
- Execute period-end closing activities
- Prepare the Balance Sheet according to Nestlé Group standards and requirements
- Perform accounting routines and operational activities
- Prepare financial and operational reports
- Record and analyze accounting transactions in SAP
- Manage and respond to emails related to operations and market inquiries
- Follow up on pending items and ensure resolution within established deadlines
- Provide ongoing, timely, and high-quality support to LATAM markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- More than 2 years of experience in international accounting standards is valued
- Experience in accounting operations and processes, including report preparation, reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis
- Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage
- Project leadership experience is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools required
- Power BI and Power Apps considered an advantage
- Intermediate/advanced English level required
- Completed or ongoing university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
