About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Brand Growth by implementing brand tactics and activities online and offline
  • Execute consumer immersions and insighting exercises; develop and update the Target Consumer Portrait
  • Work with strategic business units to refine brand essence and vision
  • Monitor consumer and shopper preferences and generate actions to maintain or improve brand preference
  • Implement marketing activities to strengthen brand power
  • Manage investments for specific variants or activities
  • Lead teams through brand operational processes while considering local regulations and nutrition guidelines
  • Manage end-to-end communication plans from Opportunity and Brief through Campaign Planning/Execution and Post-evaluations
  • Manage procurement and payment activities for the brand
  • Work closely with a Brand Manager to shape strategy and drive business growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in brand management or brand marketing
  • Direct experience within the FMCG sector is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and market data tools
  • Comfortable extracting commercial insights from data
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
