About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in R&D projects and activities aligned with I&R pipelines
  • Develop products using innovative ingredients and processes generated from consumer insights
  • Manage bench and pilot plant trials
  • Participate in project activities and coordinate resources to deliver industrialized products and processes within defined quality and timelines
  • Calculate project carbon impact for sustainability deliverables
  • Document projects according to Nestlé guidelines
  • Present and publish project results with team members at meetings with R&D, SBU, and Markets
  • Write and communicate appropriately with all involved stakeholders
  • Participate in relevant training courses, especially Trial Management Processes
  • Stay current in the scientific field and business aspects of liquid beverage products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or a related field
  • 1-2 years related experience, including internships
  • Good knowledge of raw materials and key technologies applicable to the product area
  • Knowledge of dairy technologies is a plus
  • Qualified support in a project
  • Standard in rapid bench-top prototypes
  • Exposure to pilot plant setting; SBU, R&D and market awareness
  • Understanding of R&D project management and consumer insight and research methodologies
  • Ability to organize work and manage small projects
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and team room applications
  • Ability to focus on quality and customers and provide solutions
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
  • Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
