About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead growth across the Confectionery and Infant Nutrition portfolios.
  • Lead development and execution of annual brand and category plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities through consumer, shopper, and market understanding.
  • Develop and execute communication campaigns that build brand equity and generate demand.
  • Lead new product projects from concept to launch.
  • Partner with local Sales and Marketing activation teams to drive execution excellence.
  • Manage marketing investments to maximise ROI and profitable growth.
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple markets and functions.
  • Champion consumer-centric decision making across the business.
  • Lead consumer immersions and uncover local insights in Pacific markets.
  • Report to the Head of Marketing Pacific Islands.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in consumer-packaged goods or FMCG marketing.
  • Understanding of Pacific Island life and culture.
  • Ability to learn from consumers, shoppers, competitors, and trade customers.
  • Ability to operate effectively across complex, geographically dispersed markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitable growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional brands, communication, innovation, or portfolio projects.
  • Resilience, resourcefulness, and ability to influence stakeholders across countries and functions.
  • Experience across food and beverage categories highly regarded.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Ability to undergo pre-employment checks, including health checks, prior to appointment.
  • Willingness to travel to Pacific markets; travel is a requirement for this role.
