About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the Food Brand Manager on Garden Gourmet’s innovation and renovation pipeline
- Manage project execution, factory coordination, zone stakeholder interactions, and internal support-function communication
- Contribute to new product development through innovation and competitor tastings, competitive analyses, and milestone follow-up
- Analyze the category, competitive landscape, and target consumers using Nielsen and Power BI, and translate insights into brand strategy
- Coordinate brand and product priorities with Field Sales, Account Managers, Supply Chain, and Master Data teams
- Provide operational support, including code creation with the Data team and product-package logistics
- Manage artwork changes with the media agency and maintain the product bible
- Create visuals and sales materials such as one-pagers and assortment sheets
- Support Garden Gourmet Foodtruck events, samplings, and gatherings
- Manage Facebook and Instagram, update the website, develop banners and social posts, and contribute to newsletters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in English and French
- Dutch is a plus
- Obtained or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proactive, independent, team player, quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, agile, and solution-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with skills in Excel
- Good analytical skills
- Nielsen and Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Previous experience in product or brand management is a plus
