About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive product strategy and commercialization against operating plans and budgets
  • Analyze product performance and develop action plans to address variances
  • Execute tactical product marketing plans and manage the category budget
  • Prepare annual business plans and conduct business reviews
  • Provide initiative, category, and promotion performance updates and optimization recommendations
  • Support forecast planning for Brand, Supply Chain, Commercial Development, and Demand Planning teams
  • Improve product relevance and financial delivery through cost and portfolio optimization, product performance, packaging, and price-pack architecture
  • Build and manage cross-functional relationships and teams across product development, commercial development, sales, finance, regulatory, and supply chain
  • Manage portfolio marketing communications, including digital shelf assets, websites, sales tools, and training
  • Coordinate lead-generation processes with Sales and Sales Support teams and track end-to-end ROI
  • Participate in new product ideation, development, and commercialization
  • Lead new product setup, including system input, project management, and image development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3-5+ years of progressive experience in product or brand management
  • 1-2+ years of experience influencing cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, particularly Sales, Product Development, and cross-functional teams
  • University Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or related business field, or equivalent experience
  • Analytical thinking and ability to present insights-based and financially backed recommendations
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently and collaboratively
  • Understanding of financial planning, product forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory management
  • P&L experience and strong planning skills
  • Up to 20% travel required
  • Foodservice experience preferred
  • MBA preferred
