About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Nestlé across the Grocery channel, including Coles, Woolworths, and independent stores
- Build displays, secure shelf space, and drive standout in-store execution
- Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes
- Follow a weekly plan, with extra hours available during peak periods
- Take ownership of the workday with support from the Territory Sales Manager
- Document work and capture display highlights using a mobile device
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Valid unrestricted driver’s licence
- Access to and ownership of an own vehicle
- Comfortable lifting, moving, and building displays
- Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights
- Live within the local area
- Ability to work independently on the road
- Organised, safety-focused, and motivated to deliver strong results
- Full Australian working rights
- May be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including health checks
