About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Nestlé across the grocery channel, including Coles, Woolworths and independent retailers
- Build displays, secure shelf space and deliver standout in-store execution
- Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver commercial outcomes
- Follow a weekly merchandising plan
- Work additional hours during peak periods when available
- Take ownership of daily activities while receiving support from the Territory Sales Manager
- Represent Nestlé brands in stores and bring them to life
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Valid unrestricted driver’s licence
- Access to and ownership of a vehicle
- Comfortable lifting, moving and building displays
- Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights
- Live within the local Epping/Lalor area
- Ability to work independently on the road
- Organised, safety-focused and motivated to deliver strong results
- Full Australian working rights
- Applicants may be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including health checks
