About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the chemistry section of the laboratory
  • Organize and oversee analytical activities within the chemistry section
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical results
  • Supervise 4–5 Quality Assurance Assistants
  • Provide first-line supervision to laboratory personnel
  • Enhance laboratory team skills and methods through continuous training and performance reviews
  • Implement and maintain quality systems compliant with MS ISO IEC17025 and Nestlé standards
  • Provide guidance on Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and internal control plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Science background, i.e. Chemistry or Biochemistry
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in laboratory work
  • Experience handling sophisticated instruments such as ICP-OES, ICP-MS, GC and HPLC
  • Preference for registered chemists with IKM
