About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a Nespresso brand ambassador in the boutique
  • Welcome, advise, and guide customers regarding campaigns and products, in line with Nespresso quality standards
  • Achieve sales targets through attentive customer service and follow-up
  • Welcome customers and identify their needs
  • Advise customers and prospective customers on Nespresso products and services
  • Introduce customers to the art of coffee tasting and spark their curiosity about the full product range
  • Conduct an initial assessment of machine malfunctions and direct customers to Technical Support
  • Maximize sales of Nespresso coffee, machines, and accessories available in the boutique
  • Contribute to maintaining the boutique’s appearance and organization in accordance with company policy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Secondary education or equivalent (minimum)
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in direct customer service and sales of products and services (preferred)
  • Specialized training in customer relations and sales (preferred)
  • Conversational English language skills (preferred)
