About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with HRBPs to execute the annual People Development & Performance process, including goal setting, performance discussions, and ongoing feedback practices
  • Provide Nestlé+ level support for core performance management activities
  • Manage Top Talent programming and associated talent review and development activities
  • Partner with HRBPs to assess workforce capabilities, identify future talent needs, and develop actions to reskill the workforce and address capability gaps
  • Leverage talent data and insights to inform succession planning, talent reviews, and development recommendations
  • Consult with Employee Experience COC, People Analytics, and DE&I counterparts to align talent solutions with business and functional needs
  • Provide Nestlé+ level support for core talent and succession management activities
  • Develop and facilitate training supporting global talent management processes and capability building for HR teams
  • Support talent management process communications regarding deadlines, milestones, training plans, and key meetings
  • Maintain and enhance Talent Management tools and systems, including SuccessFactors, reporting, forecasting, workforce analytics, and dashboards
  • Analyze talent data and prepare reports and insights to support talent discussions and decision-making
  • Lead strategic talent initiatives in partnership with the Global Talent organization
  • Support talent development processes, internal mobility, and succession planning
  • Perform other assigned duties and projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience combining HR Generalist/Business Partnering, Talent Management, HR operations and systems, or change leadership
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to influence people and talent decisions across multiple organizational levels
  • Strong project and change management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to build trust, credibility, and gain buy-in at all levels
  • Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Excel, Power BI) preferred
  • Travel required: up to 15%
  • Strong relationship-building, consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Facilitation and training design skills
  • Expertise in performance management, change management, and conflict management
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, required
  • Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors and workforce analytics tools preferred
