About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect digital marketing assets, basic asset information, and related IP documents from markets/SBU
  • Tag and upload market assets in the Digital Asset Management system, ensuring relevant information and IP documents are in place
  • Coordinate with and update business managers, design agencies, and legal stakeholders
  • Ensure correct tagging according to DAM Tagging Rules and Guidelines and GS1 Standards for ECS-related assets
  • Manage multiple market/business stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
  • Generate asset status reports for markets and maintain tagging consistency
  • Understand and address stakeholder needs across Market/BU POC, Taxonomy, and Tech teams
  • Create and share process improvement initiatives
  • Perform SPOC functions related to NCE
  • Execute processes in compliance with Standard Routines
  • Create and update functional training materials
  • Identify, define, resolve, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute input to project management and activity planning
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduate preferably in Business or Marketing
  • Familiar with Branding and Marketing communication (work-related or academic)
  • Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting
  • Familiar with Digital Asset Management tool
