About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, localize, improve, and maintain knowledge base content for Nestlé employee platforms
Design and develop communication kits and disseminate them through Me@Nestlé, email, and other market channels
Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and branding across content assets
Convert complex HR processes and policies into simple, employee-friendly formats
Translate knowledge base content into relevant local languages
Adapt global HR content to cultural, linguistic, and regulatory market requirements
Collaborate with the IBS HR Business Services team on content improvements
Manage content lifecycle activities including creation, review, approval, publication, and retirement
Coordinate multilingual translations and localization by geography
Structure content for the Me@Nestlé portal, NIVA chatbot, and mobile apps
Tag and format content to support conversational AI chatbot training
Cascade Me@Nestlé and NIVA content changes to the AskHR Team
Create or enhance content-related training materials
Participate in training and learning opportunities related to content management
Track success measures including portal adoption, AskHR case deflection, SLA compliance, content engagement, and user feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Design, Journalism or related field
At least 1 year of experience in knowledge/content management
Experience in a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment is an advantage
Excellent creativity, writing, editing, and communication skills
Understanding of HR processes such as payroll, benefits, leave, and timekeeping is an advantage
Knowledge of UX principles and content accessibility standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize urgent tasks
Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
Good comprehension and interpersonal communication skills
Strong time management and multitasking skills
High degree of accuracy in executing work
Strong service orientation and commitment to quality service
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
