About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide control system support for day-to-day manufacturing operations
  • Support advanced electrical and controls directives for maintenance and operations
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement projects
  • Resolve recurring issues to increase overall plant effectiveness
  • Coordinate and implement control system software upgrades
  • Assist in developing long-term plant electrical and control infrastructure upgrades
  • Create PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions aligned with safety and company standards
  • Assist with maintenance staff training and development
  • Participate in capital project implementations
  • Develop controls system solutions including hardware and overall electrical design

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 5+ years of applicable experience in PLC software and hardware troubleshooting and/or HMI systems in controls, automation, electrical, or industrial maintenance environments; OR
  • Associate’s degree in a technical discipline and 3+ years of applicable experience in PLC software and hardware troubleshooting and/or HMI systems in controls, automation, electrical, or industrial maintenance environments
  • Experience with PLC software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience with HMI systems
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
