About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Account Directors and Account Managers in achieving annual sales objectives
  • Administer sales contracts, including dates, lead times, pricing, funding amounts, terms, and approvals
  • Maintain customer forms, item data, product attributes, UPCs, dimensions, pricing information, and customer item management records
  • Support item setup and maintenance in Osprey and customer systems
  • Support trade deduction analysis, reconciliation, workflow administration, and documentation
  • Manage customer post-audit claims and resolve undisputed claims
  • Track disputed claims and manage timely responses
  • Research and resolve deduction discrepancies and follow up on complex claims
  • Drive collection of unauthorized deductions and credits
  • Support customer metric forecasting, off-invoice trade events, planning tool inputs, and system alignment
  • Reconcile customer and Nestlé internal forecasts and support trade management and financial reconciliations
  • Coordinate logistics and distribution activities with Nestlé Retail Services
  • Prepare NRS materials and participate in monthly distributor touchpoints
  • Resolve distributor-to-customer system connectivity issues
  • Monitor out-of-stock reporting, sales impact, and follow-up communications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Sales contract experience, preferably in a CPG company
  • Experience in administrative, analytical, sales support, or customer support
  • Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional partners
