About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, retain, and accelerate growth with national lodging and hospitality account partners
  • Establish and cultivate executive-level relationships with national lodging brands, hotel management companies, ownership groups, hospitality procurement organizations, and food and beverage stakeholders
  • Build proposals connecting guest experience, operator needs, brand standards, consumer insights, and financial value
  • Create and execute joint business plans, account strategies, and performance reporting
  • Source and analyze customer, channel, consumer, and property-level insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop expertise in lodging and hospitality channel dynamics, food and beverage programming, and operator execution needs
  • Manage and execute complex partnership agreements and food and beverage programs
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses of hospitality partnerships
  • Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, category, digital, finance, operations, and field sales
  • Direct new program implementation, national account rollouts, and multi-property expansion plans
  • Represent Nestlé Professional Solutions internally and externally with hospitality partners, procurement groups, and food and beverage decision makers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of direct national account sales, strategic account management, or general management experience with lodging, hospitality, premium/luxury, or food and beverage organizations
  • Experience supporting national hotel brands, lodging management companies, hospitality procurement organizations, or similar partners strongly preferred
  • Experience selling, negotiating, or managing food and beverage programs within the lodging and hospitality channel
  • 3+ years of national program management experience, including multi-property or multi-unit rollouts across complex customer systems
  • 3+ years of complex contract negotiation experience with national accounts, procurement organizations, or enterprise-level customer partners
  • Foundational financial acumen to evaluate program economics, customer profitability, and long-term partnership value
  • Functional knowledge of marketing, operations, finance, customer strategy, and competitive dynamics within hospitality and foodservice environments
  • Ability to adapt strategies, build plans, and thrive in ambiguous environments with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Functional knowledge of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, customer bid requirements, and proposal submissions
  • Ability to simplify complex material and communicate in a concise, executive-ready, and customer-relevant way
