About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate customer service requests and enter submitted data samples into the laboratory information management system (LIMS)
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external customer service inquiries
  • Manage customer samples/project needs and serve as a liaison between customers and laboratory personnel
  • Prioritize and manage submitted samples to ensure timely processing
  • Assist customers in obtaining analytical data
  • Receive submitted samples and service requests
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
  • Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
  • Bachelor’s degree specifically in a scientific or related field is preferred
  • 1+ years of professional or academic experience in a science or laboratory related field is preferred
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
