About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time, and at the right cost to meet customer demand and maximize profitability
Assure that all branches and warehouses in KSA have the right quantity and committed quality daily by reviewing available stock, days of supply, and actual sales reports in coordination with logistics
Create and closely follow production and dispatch plans
Coordinate material planning to meet required production volumes based on forecasts, procurement coordination, and supplier communication
Collect and analyze regional forecasts, sales forecasts, warehouse available space, and production capacity
Analyze SKU-level forecasts and improve demand planning
Update DSP KPIs, monitor performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Maintain planning-process and system documentation in compliance with company standards
Analyze sales trends and key sales drivers and maintain optimum inventory levels for finished goods and raw and packaging materials
Prepare statistical forecasts and improve demand-planning accuracy
Perform production planning based on available stock, capacity, demand, and actual sales trends
Perform material planning based on material stock, demand, sales trends, warehouse capacity, shelf-life expiry dates, inventory levels, and cost
Perform supply and dispatch planning to balance stock and prevent bad goods
Coordinate volume communications between commercial and technical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS college degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing or equivalent
3+ experience in FMCG industry
Very good command in English
Supply Chain knowledge
Strong knowledge of SAP in DSP/APO
Demand and Supply Planning knowledge and experience
