About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the demand and supply plan to ensure finished goods availability, customer demand fulfillment, correct stock location, high freshness, and minimized costs
- Optimize the full supply chain and execute projects within the organization or at third parties with the Supply Chain Manager
- Develop and implement demand and supply plans using best practices, process improvements, sales history, and forecast data
- Capture Marketing and Sales events, consumer and competitor information, and other trends in the 18-month rolling forecast
- Build the 18-month demand plan by analyzing sales history, coffee market and consumer data, product and market events, and challenging hypotheses
- Manage phase-in/phase-out plans with Marketing and Commercial teams
- Review and challenge Commercial team forecasts
- Monitor and manage stocks at risk of OOS or BBD issues and coordinate urgent shipments
- Monitor excess stocks and work with stakeholders to maintain healthy stock levels
- Analyze product sell-through rates and identify SKU rationalization opportunities
- Manage boutique supply auto-replenishment to ensure optimal stock allocation
- Improve Demand Plan Accuracy and reduce systematic forecast bias through process improvement and problem-solving
- Implement Monthly Business Planning outcomes
- Manage logistics service providers and oversee import/export logistics execution, warehouse value-add, and product changes to ensure on-time campaign launches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree holder in Supply Chain Management
- Professional and intellectual capabilities at higher professional education level
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Demand & Supply Planning
- Experience in the FMCG and/or retail industry, with a good understanding of sales operations and commercial processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage, interpret, and derive insights from large and complex datasets using advanced Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience in managing the Sales & Operations Monthly Planning (SMOP) process, including stakeholder coordination, reporting, and performance tracking
