About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead implementation and sustained compliance of Demand & Supply Planning solutions, processes, and best practices across all ESAR Business Units
- Achieve high Customer Order Fulfillment at optimal cost
- Establish training and development frameworks for high-performing DSP resources in head office and factories
- Communicate how planning solutions and processes drive DPA/Bias, COF, Freshness on Shipment, and Stock Cover results
- Lead Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inter-Market Supply Planning solution implementations
- Foster continuous improvement and enhance the Simplified Monthly Business Planning Process
- Benchmark ESAR against other markets on Connected Planning
- Establish competency matrices covering technical and leadership skills for planning positions
- Identify and drive improvement projects aligned with goal-setting processes
- Establish standard routines for key processes and support user troubleshooting
- Drive suitable system deployment across planning functions in head office and factories
- Manage change and implement key processes across stakeholders
- Contribute to and influence business initiatives
- Develop and coach team members for personal and professional growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of relevant operational experience at market/business level in Demand & Supply Planning
- Leadership experience
- Experience with LEAN concepts and tools
- Degree in Supply Chain Management is advantageous, not required
- Five or more years of relevant operational experience in at least one of: Demand and/or Supply Planning; Supply Chain Development; Project management; Manufacturing; Regional planning
- Leadership experience in Demand and Supply Planning, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Development is desirable
- Experience using Advanced Planner & Optimizer as a planning system and with demand & supply planning processes is desirable
- Experience implementing LEAN concepts and tools is desirable
