About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Pick up and deliver interoffice mail, USPS items, and Ground/Air packages throughout the multi-building, 55-acre complex
  • Receive, scan, and track incoming packages and shipments using SendSuite software
  • Inspect materials upon arrival
  • Complete required receiving documentation
  • Coordinate regularly with the Pilot Plant
  • Provide professional, customer-focused service to internal partners
  • Support shipping, receiving, and mailroom operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service–oriented shipping and receiving environment
  • 1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • May be required to lift up to 50 lbs; buddy lift techniques may be utilized
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
