About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Food, Breakfast Cereals, Out-of-Home (OOH), E-commerce, and DROM teams within the Legal & Compliance Department
  • Safeguard marketing and commercial projects through clear, pragmatic legal recommendations tailored to business needs
  • Review and ensure the legal compliance of advertising campaigns, promotions, competitions, and product launches
  • Advise Marketing and Trade Marketing teams on their content and activations
  • Analyze commercial agreements and draft reservation letters and amendments
  • Participate in negotiations and support contract execution
  • Manage consumer incidents, litigation matters, and legal training sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree, LL.M., or equivalent in business law, economic law, consumer law, distribution law, or commercial and business relationship law
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in-house or at a law firm
  • Fluency in French required
  • Professional proficiency in English required
  • Strong analytical and summarization skills
  • Excellent ability to prioritize
  • Ability to propose practical, business-oriented solutions
  • DJCE or CAPA qualification is a plus
