About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the maintenance and operation of factory infrastructure, electrical and mechanical utilities to ensure safe and reliable service continuity
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems in line with Nestlé standards and site requirements
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports related to maintenance activities, utilities performance and compliance requirements
  • Assist electrical and mechanical teams during daily operations, troubleshooting and improvement activities
  • Support factory internal audits by preparing technical documentation, following action plans and contributing to compliance improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronical Engineering etc.)
  • Newly graduated or maximum 2 years of work experience in related operations (Technical, Maintenance, Automation…)
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Competence in analyzing, problem solving, planning, organization and teamwork
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees
  • Willingness to work multitask with cross functional departments
