About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and update SHE maps, PPE Matrix, and safety-related documentation and visual controls
  • Assess and support the implementation and sustainability of 5S practices within the Industrial Services area
  • Establish visual standards, checklists, and follow-up mechanisms to maintain workplace organization and compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records related to safety controls, PPE requirements, visual management, and 5S activities
  • Support the operation and maintenance of utility systems, including Compressed Air, Process Water, Chilled Water, Steam, and Gas
  • Assist in preventive maintenance activities for utility equipment
  • Support the implementation of energy and water reduction projects within the factory
  • Provide support for day-to-day operational activities, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree student or recent graduate in a relevant Engineering discipline
  • Strong interest in Industrial Services, Utilities, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Operations
  • Basic knowledge of industrial safety practices and risk management
  • Familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a manufacturing environment
