About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Study, propose, and lead the implementation of a TPM-inspired continuous improvement structure on production lines or in logistics areas
  • Analyze performance indicator trends in the assigned area to initiate problem-solving activities or improvement projects, and take the necessary actions to achieve targets
  • Serve as the interface between Production and/or Logistics and the various departments
  • Ensure the follow-up, implementation, and communication of improvement actions in the assigned area
  • Coordinate continuous improvement, TPM, and digitalization activities across teams
  • Coach teams in analyzing and resolving recurring problems
  • Update procedures and standards and ensure their application

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing an engineering degree
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and/or TPM
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full-time, 100% internship for six months
