About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning and execution of BU events
  • Coordinate mini meetings for the Nutrition & Health brands with the production agency, following the process from planning through production
  • Select venues, monitor budgets, manage participant lists, send materials, and coordinate with suppliers
  • Lead the organization of contracts related to sponsorships and events
  • Manage purchasing quotations for event production, including preparing briefs, analyzing proposals, and liaising with Procurement and suppliers
  • Compile information and create and distribute the monthly events newsletter to internal teams
  • Support the development of the department intern by managing feedback and assigning activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current or completed degree in Communications, Business Administration, Events Management, or a related field
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Advanced English is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Project management skills
