About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive and support the SAP Transportation Management System (TMS) module within the Supply Chain IT team dedicated to Nestlé Purina
Configure, customize, and integrate SAP TM with SAP components and third-party systems
Align SAP TM solutions with business objectives across transportation, warehousing, procurement, sales, marketing, and customer service
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize carrier selection, routing, scheduling, and contract management
Conduct system testing and develop test plans and scripts
Coordinate user acceptance testing
Provide ongoing support and training to superusers
Assess near-term business needs through structured interviews and research
Advise on solution options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on business processes and product priorities
Support strategic planning with the Business Relationship Manager and Product Manager
Manage relationships with external vendors and logistics partners
Consult with product teams and propose alternative solutions
Support strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
5 years of experience in the job offered, Network & Computer Systems Administrator, Application Developer, or a related occupation involving SAP Transportation Manager (SAP TM)
5 years of experience working with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) to configure, enhance, or upgrade the system
5 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC, including integration with SAP SD, MM, FICO, and P2P modules
3 years of technical experience with SAP ERP 6.0, SAP Enhancement Package 7, and third-party systems or applications integration
3 years of experience with ECC-LES-TRA, including route determination, shipment document execution, SCD, conditions, Freight PO, and cost allocation
3 years of programming experience with ABAP, Java, or SQL
3 years of experience developing technical POCs to prove business outcomes
3 years of experience in full-cycle SAP TM implementations
2 years of experience with Transporeon, FourKites, and CASS and their integration with SAP ECC and SAP TM
