About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set up, operate, monitor, and tear down Extruder and Blancher equipment
  • Produce noodles and pasta products according to recipes and specifications
  • Use industrial cleaners to sanitize equipment
  • Wear a wet suit while cleaning and sanitizing equipment
  • Complete production documentation accurately and timely
  • Enter, verify, and maintain SAP system information
  • Perform equipment washdowns and sanitation using approved chemicals, hoses, and cleaning equipment
  • Perform minor equipment adjustments and lubrication
  • Follow food safety, quality assurance, and GMP requirements
  • Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence programs
  • Follow safety policies and procedures
  • Support efficient production operations, product quality, and yield maximization
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and work instructions
  • Ability to recognize and respond to warning lights, alarms, instruments, and unsafe or abnormal operating conditions
  • Working knowledge of food manufacturing, sanitation, and quality standards preferred
  • Ability to follow chemical handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as required
  • Ability to use hand tools, cranes and hoist
  • Basic math and production calculation skills
  • Ability to wear a wet suit while working
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent walking
  • Required use of PPE and adherence to safety requirements
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
