About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage overall Site Services at the Fremont Administration office location
  • Oversee facilities planning and execution, maintenance and repair, property management, physical security, capital management, and administrative services
  • Manage operations and personnel for Maintenance, Shipping and Receiving, Groundskeeping, Janitorial, Cafeteria, Mail, and Security services
  • Manage capital projects, including budgeting, project management, vendor management, capitalization, and asset management
  • Create and control the site operating budget
  • Direct implementation and compliance with State and Federal safety regulations
  • Complete agreed-upon objectives and assist direct reports in preparing fiscal-year objectives
  • Monitor and sign off inspection sheets in the Fremont Facilities Ammonia Plant

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years’ experience managing facilities, utilities, environmental compliance, and/or maintenance
  • Ability to manage operations and personnel across maintenance, shipping and receiving, groundskeeping, janitorial, cafeteria, mail, and security services
  • Ability to manage capital projects, including budgeting, project management, vendor management, capitalization, and asset management
  • Knowledge of State and Federal safety regulations
  • Experience with ammonia systems operation and maintenance preferred
  • Management experience in manufacturing, buildings and grounds, food processing, pharmaceutical, or equivalent industry preferred
  • Ability to lead, develop, coach, and energize diverse teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence others
  • Proven record of meeting performance objectives and quality standards
  • Systematic troubleshooting and preventative action planning skills
  • Ability to support and enforce contract agreements and government regulations
