About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee factory financial control measures, compliant controls programs, reporting, and safeguarding of assets according to Nestlé Accounting Standards
Monitor and analyze performance and submit month-end reporting results
Maintain, coordinate, and report factory and warehouse budgets
Provide guidance to the Factory Management Team
Conduct special financial studies and evaluate performance measures
Provide training on financial procedures and policies
Manage and direct the Factory Accounting Team
Provide feedback and evaluate progress against development and growth plans
Train Accounting Personnel on systems and procedures
Support Accounting Personnel in fulfilling required team tasks and functions
Drive factory continuous improvement and cost-saving efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
4+ years of experience working with general accounting, cost accounting, internal controls, compliance management, budgeting and variance analysis in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, military or related environment
2+ years of people leadership experience
Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship
