About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the strategic finance partner to the Factory Manager and Factory Leadership Team, providing financial insights and supporting day-to-day and long-term business decisions
- Drive factory cost performance by challenging assumptions, identifying and validating savings opportunities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and business-planning processes
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and period-end closing in line with Nestlé Accounting Standards
- Maintain governance and internal controls, ensure audit readiness and compliance, and lead financial evaluation of CAPEX projects and investment proposals
- Lead, coach and develop the factory finance team
- Improve financial understanding, processes, systems, reporting, data quality and digital capabilities across the factory
- Report to the Factory Manager and participate in the Factory Leadership Team of Nestlé Netherlands in Nunspeet
Requirements
What you’ll need- A relevant university-level master’s degree
- Approximately 10 to 15 years of relevant Finance experience
- Strong experience in factory costing and business controlling, preferably in a complex manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Advanced financial analysis skills and the ability to work with large and complex datasets
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, compliance, budgeting and forecasting
- Leadership and coaching experience
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP S/4HANA
- Professional fluency in English
