About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain quality standards during development of cat and dog food products
- Work across plant areas and functions to ensure sanitation activities and quality checks follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain documentation and effective communication while adhering to Quality SOPs
- Drive First Time Quality (FTQ) and other quality initiatives
- Perform Quality Management System checks on the production floor
- Interpret data and evaluate trends
- Provide quality training to associates as needed
- Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence and Total Performance Management processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years’ experience working in food quality, lab, manufacturing, production, or related environment
- High School or GED diploma preferred, but not required
- Must be available to work backshift
- This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
