About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Global Mobility services for international assignments, relocations, immigration, and tax compliance
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, service levels, customer experience, and business value delivery
- Partner with Global Mobility Centers of Excellence, market stakeholders, and service providers
- Implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and technology-enabled solutions
- Manage escalations, stakeholder concerns, and service-related risks
- Support adoption, expansion, and deployment of Global Mobility services across new markets and service lines
- Lead operational readiness, transitions, go-live support, and hypercare for new services and market implementations
- Standardize processes across markets while ensuring compliance with guidelines, regulations, and Nestlé standards
- Monitor controls, risk management, audit requirements, and business continuity plans
- Manage external immigration, relocation, tax, and mobility service providers and SLA adherence
- Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and monitoring of assignee and expatriate records
- Lead and develop Supervisors and Specialists through coaching, performance management, succession planning, capability development, and engagement initiatives
- Build a high-performing, collaborative, continuously learning, customer-centric organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations, Shared Services, or a related HR function, including leadership experience
- Strong experience in international assignments, relocations, immigration, mobility compliance, and expatriate administration
- Knowledge of global mobility policies, international assignment types, and mobility best practices
- Understanding of immigration requirements, work permits, cross-border employment regulations, and international compliance requirements
- Familiarity with international tax regulations, tax equalization principles, and expatriate compensation and benefits programs
- Experience leading global or shared services operations, transitions, service expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven project management experience, including operational transitions, transformation programs, and service deployments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across global and regional organizations
- Experience managing external vendors and mobility service providers, including immigration, relocation, and tax partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive operational decisions and improvements
- Experience leading high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, capability development, and employee engagement
- Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, controls, audit requirements, and business continuity practices
- Experience working in a multinational, cross-functional, and matrix organization
- Knowledge of mobility technology platforms, case management systems, and digital HR solutions
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional employee experiences
- Excellent leadership, change management, negotiation, and consulting skills
- Ability to drive operational excellence, standardization, innovation, and sustainable service growth across global markets
