About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Update employee and dependent records in the system
  • Process employee changes, including transfers and new hires
  • Review and validate documents related to hiring and employee-change processes for internal and external employees
  • Support the onboarding process by validating and tracking the required documentation
  • Update and validate external documents, ensuring compliance and data integrity
  • Accurately maintain departmental records and controls in accordance with internal policies and procedures
  • Report to the HRBS Coordinator
  • Work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:40 p.m.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative activities
  • Experience with hiring, onboarding, and employee data administration processes is a plus
  • Knowledge of HR management systems, such as SuccessFactors (SF) and/or SAP, is desirable
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes
  • Initiative, results-oriented mindset, resilience, and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong service orientation
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Position designated for people with disabilities
