About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the site's human resources in accordance with the Group's HR policy
  • Manage a team of three
  • Ensure compliance with personnel management rules and HR policy
  • Participate in the employee representative committee
  • Organize collective bargaining negotiations at the site
  • Contribute to the Safety Plan
  • Analyze organizational and operational reporting structures, as well as jobs and positions
  • Develop recognition programs for individual and collective performance
  • Develop and maintain career management tools, including succession plans and performance reviews
  • Recommend and implement HR processes or HR information systems aligned with the company's strategic plans and objectives
  • Support and advise managers on the management of individuals and teams
  • Support organizational change
  • Lead and develop the team to achieve short- and medium-term objectives
  • Ensure consistency in the site's compensation policy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (Bac+5)
  • At least 6 years of experience in an industrial environment
  • Good command of English
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors
