About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain all plant systems across facilities, unloading, processing, packing, and warehouse operations
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Enhance machine reliability and support process improvements
- Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on machinery
- Maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems
- Troubleshoot electrical control systems, motors, and PLCs
- Repair gear reducers, belt and screw conveyors, chain elevators, and packaging equipment
- Maintain wastewater systems, boiler operations, cooling towers, and general building systems
- Conduct vibration analysis and collect oil samples
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 6+ months of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR a completed 2-year technical degree
- Willingness to work all shifts, including nights and weekends
- Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation maintenance knowledge
- Electrical controls troubleshooting, including motors and PLCs
- Experience using multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators
- Must not require visa sponsorship
