About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of industrial services
  • Manage IS operators and technicians, provide direction, and develop capability and performance
  • Ensure industrial services are supplied in the right quantity and quality while minimizing cost and environmental impact
  • Maintain IS equipment through planned and predictive maintenance using SAP AMM and Nestlé’s Maintenance Strategy
  • Manage maintenance costs within the maintenance budget
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and internal Nestlé requirements
  • Maintain plant compliance documentation and a strong change management process
  • Optimize utility systems and drive resource conservation
  • Execute continuous improvement, capital, and operational projects using NCE concepts
  • Coordinate with quality, safety, production, finance, human resources, engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies
  • Develop IS discipline expertise and review industry best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering strongly preferred, or years of experience in lieu of
  • Minimum 5 years of engineering, maintenance, or industrial services experience preferred
  • Refrigeration experience required
  • Ammonia experience preferred
  • Boiler, compressed air, and high-pressure water systems experience preferred
  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience with technical and/or maintenance teams
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
