About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support and service for User and Access Profile Management
  • Organize incoming requests and direct users to the appropriate channel
  • Maintain complete records and ensure requests are received, routed, and followed up on with discipline and traceability
  • Monitor the shared mailbox, triage requests, and ensure clear responses are provided on the same day
  • Log or route requests through the appropriate channels, including ServiceNow and LORA
  • Create, review, and maintain up-to-date standard procedures and documentation, including SOPs, Desktop Procedures, Quick Reference Cards, Help Chains, and One Point Lessons
  • Maintain an up-to-date activity list and track open actions through completion
  • Resolve standard requests and perform data-cleansing activities in accordance with approved procedures and escalation workflows
  • Record complete and accurate information in tickets
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, impediments, and support needs to prevent impacts on deadlines and SLAs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma completed or currently pursuing higher education
  • Experience with administrative routines or customer service in a shared-services environment
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems, ticketing tools, and access management concepts
  • Ability to organize priorities, keep records up to date, and follow documented procedures
  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow, LORA, and standard User and Roles Management processes
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency (required)
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required)
  • Knowledge of confidentiality, access governance, and segregation of duties (SoD)
  • Basic or developing Spanish proficiency
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes
  • Initiative, results orientation, resilience, and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong service orientation
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
