About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer service at Nespresso Boutiques
- Sell coffee, machines, and accessories
- Register and enroll new members
- Offer and prepare tastings for customers during the sales process
- Close the register daily and manage cash
- Ensure the Boutique is organized
- Assist and support all team members at the Boutique
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Completed or ongoing college degree preferred
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Availability to work a 6-days-on, 1-day-off schedule
