About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the management of the whistleblowing hotline

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law and an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) license — required
- Basic knowledge of Compliance and Corporate Ethics
- Basic knowledge of the Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and data privacy, whistleblowing hotlines, internal investigations, risk management, and internal controls
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively with systems and data analysis
- Intermediate English is an important advantage, particularly for working with global policies, training, and international contacts
- Strong ethical standards and discretion when handling confidential information
- Analytical skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach
- Resilience when dealing with sensitive matters
- Ability to build effective relationships with different areas of the business
