About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the powder handling and dry mix stream within a major brownfield project as part of the core project team
- Lead the stream end to end, from engineering, procurement, execution, commissioning, and start-up through final handover to operations and maintenance
- Lead studies, concept development, approvals, and alignment with plant teams, corporate engineering, and suppliers
- Maintain contact with international engineering and research and development departments (PTC – Product Technology Center)
- Lead discussions on equipment and process specifications, as well as service requests related to the stream
- Coordinate and supervise installation, commissioning, and start-up activities, with responsibility for safety, quality, risk, scope, cost, and schedule
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in project management techniques, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk management
- Experience with powder handling, conveying, and mixing processes, machinery, and technology
- Experience implementing projects across all phases: conceptualization, design, procurement, construction, assembly, commissioning, and start-up
- Understanding of contracts and legal permits related to projects
- Dynamic, proactive, hands-on profile with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
