About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist customers at Nespresso Boutiques
- Sell coffee, machines, and accessories
- Register new members
- Offer and prepare tastings for customers during the sales process
- Close the cash register daily and manage cash
- Ensure the Boutique is organized
- Assist and support all team members at the Boutique
- Report to the Boutique Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required; completed or ongoing higher education preferred
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Availability to work a 6x1 schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
