About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform all shipping-related functions, including warehouse inventory management
  • Coordinate timely and accurate loading of inbound and outbound product
  • Provide loading information and complete paperwork
  • Monitor reports to ensure product is accounted for
  • Monitor and direct order management, warehousing, shipping schedules, and transportation execution
  • Manage finished-goods warehouse inventories and make adjustments as needed
  • Act as functional expert for SAP EWM and support and train warehouse operators
  • Oversee administrative workflows for accurate, timely, reliable, compliant shipment records and reporting
  • Complete assigned projects and maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records
  • Support efficient operations and effective resource management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of inventory control and/or administrative experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment
  • Experience or ability to work assigned weekend or weekday shifts
  • Ability to work in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, United States
  • Must not require visa sponsorship
