About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the preventative and predictive maintenance program
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Planning Team, Operations Planning Manager, Production, and Engineering departments
- Coordinate planned maintenance activities and ensure proper asset care and reliability
- Track and trend maintenance work order KPIs
- Execute and improve planning methodology for the preventative maintenance program
- Create, maintain, and modify SAP maintenance work orders
- Plan the work calendar to meet production quality and timeliness expectations
- Provide functional leadership for the hourly maintenance team in processing, packing, and utilities
- Perform field inspections and determine appropriate job work scopes
- Develop work plans and stage parts kits
- Identify equipment failure trends and report them to engineering for root cause analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance or maintenance planning/scheduling experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, military, or related environment
- 1+ year supervisory experience
- Must not require visa sponsorship
