About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the control and monitoring of the Maintenance department’s budget.
  • Assist with monitoring invoices, purchase requisitions, and administrative processes within the department.
  • Support cost and capital expenditure (CAPEX) analyses, as well as cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Support the management of documentation related to Regulatory Standards, audits, and legal requirements.
  • Assist with tracking the expiration dates of certificates, Technical Responsibility Notes (ARTs), technical reports, licenses, and mandatory inspections.
  • Support the updating and monitoring of maintenance plans in SAP/AMM.
  • Consolidate information and prepare key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
  • Assist with analyzing data related to maintenance, energy consumption, water resources, and other departmental indicators.
  • Monitor action plans and assist with updating corporate systems.
  • Contribute to the preparation of management presentations and performance-tracking materials.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, productivity, reliability, and operational efficiency projects.
  • Support the monitoring of mandatory departmental training.
  • Collaborate on activities related to the organization, control, and standardization of maintenance processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred knowledge: Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and basic knowledge of Power BI.
  • Interest in key performance indicators (KPIs), Maintenance Planning and Control.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP or management systems is considered an advantage.
  • Interest in data analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Competencies: Organization and planning, analytical skills, communication, proactivity, eagerness to learn, teamwork, and attention to detail.
