About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide regular and preventative maintenance safely and efficiently for plant equipment
- Support maintenance and controls departments with preventative maintenance optimization and TPM efforts
- Use tools and equipment to maintain and repair equipment
- Review and actively participate in risk assessments
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Perform required PM checks and report problems to supervision
- Obtain competency to operate production equipment in AOR and fill ASRS and Blow Molding positions as needed
- Monitor, operate, and problem-solve throughout the blow mold area from material receiving to finished goods
- Repair buildings and grounds
- Use WMS and SAP maintenance systems for work orders
- Maintain records and spare-parts inventory
- Develop training documents and train others
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1+ years of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, automotive or military environment
- Must be available to work a 12/2 schedule (12 days on, 2 days off)
- Availability for 2nd or 3rd shift
- This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
