About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor mechanical and electrical components and production facilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Ensure equipment compliance within the assigned area
  • Address safety deviations and escalate issues handled as temporary fixes
  • Carry out equipment lockout/tagout (LOTO)
  • Restore equipment affected by temporarily mitigated deviations to its original condition
  • Ensure that interventions do not create food safety issues
  • Analyze breakdowns through testing and measurements using a voltmeter, ammeter, and vibration analysis
  • Determine and carry out the actions required to restore systems to working order
  • Adjust mechanical and electrical components in accordance with documentation and production requirements
  • Prepare and perform scheduled maintenance interventions and tasks
  • Inspect and diagnose the condition and settings of components while equipment is stopped
  • Work safely in pairs as part of the maintenance team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two-year technical degree (Bac +2) in Industrial Mechanics and Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or Electrical Engineering
  • Initial experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry
  • Availability for 5-shift rotation (5x8), including nights and weekends
  • Team spirit, strong listening skills, and a teaching mindset
  • Rigor, proactivity, and results orientation
