About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and monitor the site’s industrial performance, including production costs, material consumption, labor, and energy
  • Prepare, update, and control standard and actual product costs for products manufactured at the site in SAP
  • Participate in monthly accounting closings and budgeting processes with site teams and the Shared Services Center
  • Analyze variances between actual results, the budget, and standards
  • Prepare explanations for operational managers and the monthly plant review
  • Consolidate and verify the plant’s financial results generated by the Shared Services Center’s calculations
  • Contribute to SAP material creation workflows and ensure the valuation of new materials, semi-finished products, and finished products
  • Monitor closing activities related to labor, energy, work in progress, cost center allocations, and technical work orders
  • Participate in closing and budgeting discussions with the Finance and Costing teams
  • Support the Management Control Manager in preparing the standard budget and conducting ad hoc financial analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in management control, ideally gained in an industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of management control principles, general accounting, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge of Easy Buy is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach
  • Ability to build relationships based on trust and engage the right stakeholders
  • Proactivity, determination, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
