About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct sample inspections of products manufactured at the WET plant
  • Identify, verify, and count defects found, recording the results in accordance with established quality standards
  • Organize, control, and maintain the product incubation area, properly monitoring each inspection stage
  • Ensure traceability of inspected products and correctly return them to the Warehouse for reintegration into the customer delivery process
  • Assist with the inspection and handling of products with potential deviations identified during the manufacturing process, helping reduce restricted products within the plant
  • Use TPM tools and continuous improvement concepts to reduce failures and increase the efficiency of the quality process
  • Strictly comply with GMP, food safety, occupational safety, and corporate procedures
  • Report to the Manufacturing Supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • Availability to work a 5-on, 2-off schedule (Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:48 p.m.)
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly with Production and Quality departments
  • Initiative and results-oriented mindset
  • Affirmative action position for women
