About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Train, coach, and assess teams across factory functions for Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma activities
  • Analyze downtime data and validate production loss categories
  • Identify trends or recurring issues to prioritize improvement efforts
  • Investigate production floor issues and troubleshoot equipment and process failures
  • Determine root causes
  • Implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall process performance
  • Use working knowledge of production machinery to support operators in real time and stabilize production
  • Partner with maintenance, engineering, production teams, and IWG leads on continuous improvement initiatives and project workstreams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
  • OR high school diploma with 3+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
  • Experience with Power BI or related software preferred
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
